In May, our Kazakhstan client from Karaganda visited our factory for a full inspection before confirming the design of a 1600 sqm indoor children’s playground. The visit included a detailed review of our production lines, material safety standards, and soft play equipment manufacturing processes. Both sides reached a final agreement on the complete playground layout and theme, marking the beginning of this large-scale custom indoor playground project.
During the on-site visit, the client assessed our indoor playground manufacturer capabilities, including structural safety testing, foam material density checks, and surface durability evaluations. All equipment—from soft play modules, climbing structures, trampoline sections, to mega slides—was reviewed to ensure compliance with international standards.

After the visit, our design team began developing a full 3D model of the custom playground. The design optimized:
Age-zoned play areas
Traffic flow for 1600 sqm space
High-durability materials
Interactive and educational play features
Multiple revisions ensured the project met both EN safety standards and the client’s commercial goals.
By June, the final drawings were approved, and production began. Each component of the indoor children’s park underwent strict quality control, including:
Load-bearing structure tests
Anti-collision foam safety checks
Metal frame rust-proof treatment
Full assembly testing before packing
Regular progress photos and videos were shared with the client for transparency.
The equipment shipment arrived in Karaganda in early October. Our installation team completed the entire 1600 sqm playground setup, including:
Structure assembly
Slide installation
Trampoline area setup
Interactive game equipment wiring
Final safety inspections
The process was completed efficiently under the client’s supervision.
On November 15, the children’s playground was officially delivered and put into operation. The client expressed high satisfaction with the build quality, space design, and overall visual presentation. This Kazakhstan project represents a major milestone in our growth in the Central Asian playground equipment market.
